2. Service Location
All services are carried out at our fixed location only.
We are not a mobile valeting service, and customers are required to bring vehicles to the specified site unless otherwise agreed in writing.3. Services Offered
We provide professional vehicle valeting and detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, protection treatments, and general restoration of vehicle appearance.
Please note:
We do not currently offer machine polishing or paint correction services.
Any services requested outside our listed offerings must be agreed prior to booking.
Failure to attend a booking without notice may result in loss of deposit or refusal of future bookings.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
6. Vehicle Condition
Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before arrival.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Any existing damage to the vehicle should be reported prior to service.
Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
A 5% surcharge applies to contactless card payments due to processing fees.
Prices displayed are based on either cash or transfer unless stated otherwise.
While all care is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical/electrical faults.
We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty trims, loose fittings, or fragile materials.
Customer satisfaction is important. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve any concerns where appropriate.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is unsafe, excessively soiled beyond reasonable cleaning limits, or if staff feel conditions are unsuitable to carry out work safely.
